Open Dossiers is an open source platform that aims to simplify your document driven administrative tasks.
It allows you to track your documents wherever they are (internal server, local desktop, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc.)
and link them into structured “Dossiers” which provide specific tracking actions depending on the kind of dossier.
Some example kind’s of dossier are:
- Bill dossier – collect your incoming bills and ensure that bills are paid on time and track the amounts
- Contract dossier – collect all your contracts and ensure they are cancelled/renewed before expiration
- Prospection dossier – track your prospection action (whether to find new clients or a new job position)
- Tax dossier – collect tax justification documents and make sure of their completeness year to year
- Legal dossier – collect all your documents related to a legal filing
